CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review this policy in full before booking your appointment We value your time and strive to provide every client with the highest level of care. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following policies. - Cancellations, Modifications & Rescheduling: To provide fair and respectful service for both our clients and therapists, All bookings including same-day appointments require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling or modifications of services ( including shortening a session or removing add ons). Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the 100% full service fee of originally booked service. We appreciate your understanding of this important policy. - Pregnant Clients: Only pre-natal massage is allowed during pregnancy. All other services booked will be refused and the full service fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy. - Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required to book all appointments, including same-day bookings this secures your appointment and protects our time. - Appointment Reminders: Please double-check your booking confirmation to ensure the date and time are correct to avoid any scheduling issues. - Kindly Note : To respect our therapists' time and ensure fairness to all clients, any cancellations or modification changes made within the 24-hours of Appointment will be charged in full of originally booked service, this includes shortening a session or removing add on services upon arrival. We truly appreciate your understanding. - Arrival Policy: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in and start your session without delay. - Late Arrivals: To respect the time of our therapists and other clients, Sessions will end at the original scheduled time . Late arrivals will be charged the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without providing at least 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. - Gift Certificates & Service Tax: As required by New York State, a 4.5% service tax is applied at the time of service.Gift certificates are valid for the dollar amount of the listed service price on our website. When redeeming a gift certificate, the 4.5% service tax will be applied and any remaining balance must be paid at the time of service if the certificate does not fully cover the cost.
